Services
What we do, and what it actually costs.
Straight answers below. Every number is a starting point, not a bait price — the final quote comes after we walk your yard, in writing.
Design + installation
From a sketch on the hood of the truck to a finished yard.
We start with a site walk: where the sun lands, where the water sits, what survives your street’s salt and wind. Then a planting plan built from Florida-friendly stock — clusia, firebush, ixora, native grasses — installed by the same crew that designed it. Most installs run one to three weeks depending on scope.
- Planting plan matched to your light, soil, and watering days
- Sod, beds, borders, and low-voltage lighting
- Sourcing from local nurseries we've used for years
- A 30-day establishment check included on every install

Monthly maintenance
The yard stays sharp. You stay out of the heat.
One flat monthly rate, one consistent crew, one day of the week you can set your watch by. Weekly visits through the growing season, every other week December through February — because that’s what the grass actually needs.
- Mow, edge, and blow every visit
- Hedge and shrub trimming on rotation
- Weed control in beds and along hard edges
- A quick note after each visit if we spot trouble early
Plans start at
$220/mo
for a quarter-acre lot. Larger properties and heavy planting quoted after a walk-through.
- No contracts longer than the season
- Skip a month for travel with a week’s notice
- Storm-debris pickup billed only when it happens

Irrigation · repairs from $95
Water the grass, not the sidewalk.
The $95 service call covers the diagnostic and the first simple fix — a swapped head, a cleaned valve, a rescheduled controller. Bigger repairs get a firm price before we touch a shovel. New systems and retrofits are quoted after a site visit, zoned for your plantings and set to Miami-Dade watering days.
- Head, valve, and line repairs — most done in one visit
- Controller setup, rain sensors, and seasonal adjustment
- Full system installs and old-system retrofits
- Coverage audits when the corners keep going brown
Hardscape
Patios and walkways that stay level past the first summer.
South Florida rain finds every shortcut, so we don’t take any: excavation to grade, a compacted lime-rock base, sand bedding, then pavers set tight and edged so they stay put. If a paver settles in the first year, we come back and reset it — that’s in the quote, not a favor.
- Paver patios, walkways, and stepping-stone paths
- Driveway aprons and border courses
- Drainage planned in, not patched on later
- One-year settlement reset included in writing

Tree work
Prune for the wind we actually get.
Canopy raising, structural pruning, and palm cleaning, done to keep trees healthy and wind-safe — not hat-racked into stumps. Removals when a tree is beyond saving, hauled away the same day. Large or permit-required removals we’ll tell you about honestly before anything is scheduled.
Seasonal cleanups
A hard reset for a yard that got away from you.
One crew, one day: beds weeded and re-edged, shrubs shaped, palms cleaned, mulch refreshed, and everything hauled off. Popular as a quarterly standing booking, or as a one-time rescue before the in-laws land at MIA.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s what the site walk is for. Tell us what’s bugging you about the yard and we’ll sort the rest.
