Recent work, dirt and all.
A few jobs from around the neighborhood — what we built, where, and why it worked. Every one starts the same way: a walk around the yard and a written quote.

Coral Gables
Backyard rebuild off Granada
Regraded the whole yard, laid new St. Augustine sod, and planted a clusia hedge for privacy from the side street. Low-voltage lighting went in last, which is why it photographs like this at seven in the evening.

Pinecrest
Herringbone paver patio
Four hundred square feet on eight inches of compacted lime-rock base. It drains, it doesn't heave, and the grill finally has a level home.

South Miami
Curb appeal refresh
Reshaped the beds, swapped struggling annuals for dwarf firebush and ixora, and finished with pine-bark mulch and a hard edge. One long day, a different house.

Coral Gables
Six-zone irrigation retrofit
Replaced a leaking 90s system with six zones, rotary nozzles, and a rain sensor — scheduled around Miami-Dade watering days so the owner never thinks about it.

Between routes
The Tuesday rig
Loaded for the Pinecrest and South Miami maintenance loop. If you see it parked on your street, the yard next door is about to get sharper.
One more, hands on
Before and after, one handle apart.
The Pinecrest renovation, full width. Drag the divider — same camera spot, eight weeks and one crew later.
